As the former CIO of NIH FCU, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, co-founding CU Wallet before establishing several successful CUSOs, including Ongoing Operations, CU 2.0, and Painted Hills CUSO. His expertise spans digital transformation, balance sheet management, and fintech strategy, helping credit unions navigate an evolving financial landscape.

At Painted Hills CUSO, Kirk focuses on developing innovative loan and deposit solutions to help credit unions optimize liquidity and growth. He has collaborated with fintech leaders like Quilo and has hosted numerous ALCO and ALM strategy workshops, ensuring credit unions stay ahead in a competitive market. Through his work, he continues to drive forward-thinking solutions that strengthen the credit union movement.
